ST JAMES, Jamaica — One of Jamaica's most wanted menRichard Anderson, also called Cruz,was shot dead in a major military operation in Richmond Hill, St James this morning.

The lawmen are now hunting Delano Wilmott, also called Prekeh, who, along with Anderson, is accused of numerous crimes, including multiple murders.

The security forces are advising residents to be on the lookout for Wilmott, who is currently on the run. Wilmott is being urged to immediately surrender to the police.

Residents are being reminded that “not only is it a crime to harbour a fugitive, but it is also very dangerous as this individual is extremely violent and heavily armed”.

They are advised to call police 119 emergency number or the JDF TIP line at 876-837-8888 to report any information or knowledge that they may have that could assist their operations.
