Water and garbage woes

Dear Editor,

Is this the new age of civility? Must taxpayers clamour incessantly for essential amenities, such as water?

Furthermore, must waste or garbage overwhelm us because garbage disposal crews are having their own fuss in the face of everything?

Who is in charge?

Who should be in charge?

Why set out to turn a space once striving into a state of backwardness?

The excuses have all dissipated. Many souls have reached the point of breaking.

Will the people in charge stop the tired talking and actually do something now?

Some older folks may give up hope, but in this present state the younger ones may very well be forced out of existence, for heaven's sake!

It behoves us to remember that 'Water is life', 'Cleanliness is next to godliness!' And, impediments such as I have mentioned stall progress.

We cannot, in these times, seep into regression as regards accessibility to potable tap water and regular collection of refuse.
