THE first staging of Footloose for 2018 is set to unfold at Mas Camp, Stadium North, in St Andrew, on Saturday May 26.

Dubbed the Short Shorts Edition, the usually high-energy party is set to unleash hits from yesteryear.

Title-sponsored by Stone's Ginger Wine, patrons will enjoy several offerings including bucket deals and specials on Red Bull.

“Great music is what patrons can expect as we take them back in time to relive the memories of yesteryear,” said promoter Tyrone Dixon of Broadway Promotions.

“We have secured parking and great décor to create the right vibes throughout the night,” he added.

While remaining tight-lipped about the line-up of DJs, Dixon said: “We never normally advertise who's playing, but rest assured the line-up is quite impressive and patrons will have a great time.”

Footloose first started in 2006.
