The third Showtime Edition of the popular retro party series Footloose took place at the Mas Camp, Stadium North in St Andrew recently.

Aside from the musical selections that patrons have come to expect, the additional attraction of Sizzla Kalonji's live performance raised the bar even further.

“I would say that Sizzla's performance was the highlight; the patrons loved him. Some patrons came out just to see him perform, while some of our loyal patrons were anticipating his performance,” said promoter Tyrone Dixon of Broadway Productions.

For Sizzla's set — which was laced with hit songs including Give it to Dem, Pump Up Har, Just One of Those Days and Thank U Mama — patrons could not resist capturing it on their smartphones.

Prior to Sizzla's performance and after his set, DJs Kurt Riley and Arif Cooper demonstrated why they are among the most in demand in their field. Each blazed a musical inferno which took patrons on a stroll down memory lane.

Aside from great retro music, patrons also enjoyed special bucket deals from Stones Ginger Wine, title sponsor of the event.
