10-y-o Frankfield boy suspected of drowning

CLARENDON, Jamaica — The Frankfield police in Clarendon are at this time probing the circumstances surrounding the suspected drowning of 10-year-old Maalik Walters of Lampard district in the parish yesterday.

Reports are that residents found Maalik lying on the bank of the Rio Minho about 2:00 pm and called the police.

He was taken to hospital where he was pronounced dead.
