KINGSTON, Jamaica — The court is expected to hand down a judgement tomorrow in a claim filed by Tesha Miller against the State for malicious prosecution, breach of his constitutional right and false imprisonment.

The claim was filed in 2013 after Miller was acquitted of gun and robbery charges, for which he was sentenced in April 2011.

He was set to serve 15 years behind bars.
