Falmouth Tax Office to be relocated

KINGSTON, Jamaica — The Falmouth Tax Office will have a new home effective November 6, says the Tax Administration of Jamaica (TAJ).

The office will be relocated to 5 Cornwall Street in Falmouth,Trelawny.

To facilitate the relocation exercise, the current location on King Street will be closed to the public on Friday November 2 and Monday November 5 and will reopen in its new location on Tuesday, November 6, the TAJ advised in a release this afternoon.

As a result of the closure, customers are being encouraged to visit the Montego Bay, Jackson Town or St Ann's Bay Tax Offices, to conduct their usual business.

Members of the public are also being reminded that several services are available online via the TAJ website at to include motor vehicle fitness fees and property tax payments.

The TAJ said that services currently offered at the existing location will continue to be available at the new location, once it opens to the public.
