Kadijah Robinson takes Miss Jamaica World 2018 title

KINGSTON, Jamaica — Twenty-three- year old Kadijah Robinson was crowned Miss Jamaica world 2018 at the pageant's grand coronation show held at the Jamaica Pegasus hotel last night.

Robinson, who works at the Black River Hospital in St Elizabeth, beat 15 other girls for the title.

Finishing in second place was Issia Thelwell while Catherine Harris placed third.

Lamise Hamilton and Amaya Lewis completed the top five.

The coronation show featured performances from Ashe and 2017 Digicel Rising Stars winner Short Boss.

Robinson will represent Jamaica at the Miss World finals in Sanya, China in December.
