Weather Forecast: Morning showers across eastern parishes

KINGSTON, Jamaica — The Meteorological (MET) Service of Jamaica says a trough over Jamaica is expected to gradually weaken by later today as a high pressure ridge builds across the island.

This morning, expect isolated showers across eastern parishes, while it will be partly cloudy elsewhere.

This afternoon, expect scattered showers and thunderstorms across sections of central and western parishes.

Tonight should be partly cloudy.

The maximum temperature expected for Kingston today is 33 degrees Celsius, while Montego Bay will be 32 degrees Celsius.
