Dear Editor,

The Jamaica Forum for Lesbians All Sexuals and Gays hosted an event last weekend called #Out4Jesus. It was an attempt to be pridefully homosexual while believing the lie that God accepts certain evil acts as good.

It is against this background that I share the following thoughts: Do not be deceived. The sexually immoral and homosexuals will not inherit the kingdom of God.

If you want to be a follower of Christ, turn from evil. Don't attempt to justify evil, Jesus died to purify you by His blood.

Paul, in 1 Corinthians 6: 9-11, shows a long list of people who, if they do not repent, will have eternity in hell.

Do not be tricked into thinking that these things are now suddenly acceptable to God.

Verse 11 then explains: “That is what some of you were,” but you were washed and sanctified by the blood of Jesus. Turn from your evil ways and submit yourself to the lordship of Jesus Christ. This is our only hope!

Out for Jesus? No. #Turn2Jesus
