We need incinerators

Dear Editor,

Some six years ago Jamaica was offered incinerators and the country did not accept them.

Most First World countries have many.

An incinerator may cost $150 million and Jamaica needs at least four.

The reasons for incinerators are:

1. We would have no more landfill fires.

2. They burn everything; no carbon in the air.

3. Boilers are attached to incinerators, so it boils then steams.

4. Most of the world is worried about climate, so I would think donations from the First World will help pay the cost.

5. Our paradise would be clean.

Let's look into this.
