Dear Editor,

This is a response to letter writer Michael Dingwall.

Mr Dingwall, in case you are not aware, you have just helped D'evil One by your article. This is how I see it and before I begin, let me just quote the words of Yahushua (Jesus) as recorded in John 20:29 “blessed are they who have not seen and yet have believed”. It is a matter of faith.

Careful study of the word of Yahuah (the Bible) will reveal that we are caught up in a spiritual battle between two kingdoms. D'evil One is desirous of being the ultimate ruler of the universe so he can be worshipped. He had the audacity to offer the Creator “the kingdoms of this world and the glory of them” if He would fall down and worship him (Matthew 4:9).

D'evil One has not changed his tactics and still tries to draw human beings into his web of deceit in order to take their attention away from the truth. In 2 Corinthians 4:4 the Apostle Paul states “the god of this world has blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of the Messiah, who is the image of Yahuah, should shine unto them”.

Yahushua referred to D'evil One as the “father of lies” (John 8:44). Implying that the human being would not die if she disobeyed the command of her Creator distanced the Creator from His created beings. The lies continue to this day and people believe that this short existence on earth is all there is. Now the D'evil One is trying to convince us that we will not surely live. Maybe his followers will have eternal death, but Yahushua has promised eternal life. (John 5:24)

Simply put, we either align ourselves to the Kingdom of Yahuah by obeying his instructions and live forever, or follow the god of this world whose system is destined to end along with him and his followers. 1 John 2:15-17 and Revelation 20:7-15
