Scotia banks on tourism

Scotiabank President and CEO David Noel (left), and Director of Tourism Donovan White (right) affix their signatures to the $7.2-million agreement that places Scotiabank as gold sponsor of the upcoming Caribbean Travel Marketplace slated to be held in Montego Bay from January 29 to 31. The event will bring more than 1,000 delegates and industry executives together to participate in the largest and longest-running tourism marketing event in the Caribbean, offerring participants from around the world the chance to meet face-to-face with Caribbean hospitality and tourism suppliers. Observing the proceedings are Hon. Edmund Bartlett (standing, right), minister of tourism, and Perrin Gayle (standing left), senior vicepresident, Corporate and Commercial Banking at Scotiabank.
