HOLLAND, Trelawny — Herbert Morrison Technical won the Under-19 title and hosts Holland High took the Under-16 title at last week's Holland High preseason one-day basketball rally held at the Trelawny school.

Manchester High lost in the final of both sections by identical 27-18 scorelines, as the schools prepared for the start of the ISSA boys' basketball season that gets under way next week.

The format of the tournament saw the teams play each other once, with the top-two teams on points meeting in the final.

Herbert Morrison's Ryheem Barrett was named MVP for the senior section and Holland High's Flawless Travers got the nod in the Under-16 section.

Four schools, which included William Knibb and Irwin High, participated in the Under-19 section, while Herbert Morrison also played in the Under-16 section.
