Students from the Business Seminar Group 2018/19 from the University of Technology, Jamaica Western Campus in Montego Bay, led by group president Patrice Porteous (5th left), hand over one of six trolleys valued at over $260,000 to Kerrian Dixon (6th left), ward sister, Pediatric Ward, Cornwall Regional Hospital, as part of their charity pledge to Cornwall Regional Hospital in fulfillment of their course work. The students raised over $2 million through a corporate mingle, cookout, tag drive, raffle, a walk/ run event and donations from wellwishers. The students have identified the renovation of a bathroom at Barrett Town All-Age School as their next project. The handing over took place last Friday at the state-run hospital in Montego Bay.
