The city of Montego Bay welcomed Usain Bolt's Tracks & Records (UBT&R) on the city's famed Hip Strip (Gloucester Ave)with an official opening led by the man himself, Usain Bolt, last week Wednesday.

The welcomed addition to the city's growing culinary and entertainment offerings was opened with much fanfare that involved the unveiling of a sculptor of Bolt made entirely of metal bolts and aptly titled Bolt of Bolts, by German artist Diedel Klover, and a performance by recording artiste Christopher Martin.

Specially invited guests were treated to items from the restaurant's menu and beverages by Red Stripe and Appleton Estate.

Mayor of Montego Bay Homer Davis officially welcomed the initiative to the city, while Mark Hart spoke on behalf of Christopher Issa, franchise holder for the location; KLE Group CEO Gary Matalon delved into the expansion plans of the company; and Usain Bolt expressed his elation and gratitude to the city for welcoming the venture.
