MoBay's on-the-rise singjay Unknown Gringo gave a well-received performance during the JB Outa West show at the Dump Up beach in St James last weekend.

Vuvuzelas and cheers greeted his songs Tank Up and Bingo Mi Bingo. He was forced to pull up the songs and start them from the top.

“I am the maddest, we ah the baddest, la este en el baddest,” he said.

He closed his set with Brawling Death exiting to loud cheers from the audience. He is encouraged by the reception.

The other acts on the show included Shane E, Jovex, Keneil Merital and Teejay.

Unknown Gringo is booked for Pool Madness on December 15 in St James; Cold Front on December 22 in Jackson Town, Trelawny; plus confirmed bookings for shows on December 24th in St Elizabeth; as well as Britjam next year.

Unknown Gringo (given name Frantz Morris) hails from Flankers. He is known for songs, including Vroom Vroom, Put Down The Gun and Cute Cute.
