The two-year-old season continues with the running of the Terremoto Trophy at Caymanas Park tomorrow.

The Restricted Allowance event, which is confined to native-bred and imported two-year-old non-winners of two, is one of two trophy races down for competition on the 10-race programme. Six juveniles are declared to contest the five-furlong (1,000m) event on the round course.

The Supreme Racing Guide takes a closer look at the runners entered and their chances of copping the $950,000 purse.

DON JULIO (2-y-o b.c - Liquidity – Little Wasp) — Nicely bred colt from the barn of champion trainer Wayne DaCosta. Don Julio has shown little at exercise and will need more time to prove his worth.

BALTUSROL (2-y-o b, c - Blue Pepsi Lodge – Star Flyer) — Looked quite impressive on debut on August 11. Baltusrol won by five-and-a-half lengths going five furlongs (1,000m) round in a time 1:01.3. That day his trainer Anthony Nunes said that Baltusrol was not quite ready for his maiden outing but now Baltusrol has stripped much fitter with more gallops, and with first-time Lasix, he is expected to win again despite the added pressure of running against a foreign invader.

DEVINE LEXIE (2-y-o b.f - Natural Selection – Preach Preacher) — Finished in fifth place by 14 lengths behind Baltusrol on debut. Devine Lexie has looked much better at exercise, but should again find a few in her way.

AMERICAN INVADER (2-y-o b.f - Biondetti – Blugrass) — The only American-bred runner in the line-up, Amercian Invader has been working really well in the mornings and should give the favourite most to do here. Looks quite useful and will develop in time. Winning the first time of asking is not beyond her. Has done most of her work coming down the straight. Working well and should be watched.

NUCLEAR PROUD (2-y-o b.f - Nuclear WayneMakin Me Proud) — Well-bred filly who makes her debut. Looks quite useful, but is going to need more time.

MOMS TREASURE (2-y-o ch.f Nuclear Wayne – Mom Rules) — Has recorded one win from two starts in her short career. Her victory came on August 4 when beating Action Run by a length and a half going four furlongs (800m) in 48.1. Moms Treasure is bred to get a distance of ground and given the nature of this race, she is going to have a say in the outcome especially in the final furlong.
