On Fatherhood:

As a parent of two girls, I've always heard, “treat women like you'd want men to treat your daughters”. I think having that open relationship with them is critical and very important. I'd like to implore that fathers have a good relationship with their daughters, not just audibly — but watch their body language. If it changes, know what changes and how it changes — do not leave that to the mothers alone.

Father to: Tian and Ashrel Gordon

Ages: 15 and 11 years old, respectively

What's the story behind your child's name?

Ashrel was named by her sister while she was still in her mommy's tummy. Her sister was only 3 years old then.

What were your immediate thoughts at the birth of your child?

I watched the birth. Why di #%# nurse being so rough with my......my.....It's another girl! Woot! Woot!
