They couldn't watch the Royal Wedding in the comfort of their own home, but on Saturday, May 19, chefs at Sandals Royal Caribbean Resort, in Montego Bay, ensured that guests enjoyed the historic occasion in style, treating them to a luxury-included tea party with all the delectable delights suitable for the royal occasion. Similar experiences were arranged for guests across the Sandals group.

The experienced chefs rolled out the culinary red carpet with an assortment of miniature pastries and sandwiches, sweet enough to reflect the mood brought on by Harry and Meghan's union. The delights included papaya parfaits with layers of yogurt and home-made muesli, miniature brioches with pineapple glaze and gravlax sandwiches with shaved onions and capers. While enjoying the festivities, guests also munched on slivers of cucumber sandwiches with tomato chutney. Of course, sumptuous sticky buns and scones - traditional British tea party favourites — were also served up to make the viewing of the Royal Wedding all the more special.
