We made these products because... there was nothing much available in the market which is made locally. Also, the vegan/vegetarian market is a growing industry. Recent studies show 12 per cent of millennials are vegan.

Our major challenge is... labour and equipment.

This issue remains, and managing the raw material inventory is... difficult as they are not readily available and quality is not persistent.

The products became available to the public in... October 2018.

And are available at... all major supermarket chains like Progressive Group, Shoppers Fair, Hi-Lo, General Foods, Lee's Food Fair, John R Wong, MegaMart, some restaurants as well as health stores and major hotels.

The response to the products has been... good.

Our core customers are... vegan, young professionals, Seventh-day Adventists and Rastafarians.

We plan to grow the business to become... the vegetarian/vegan gluten-free food manufacturer in Jamaica and maybe in the Caribbean.

Our first breakthrough came when... Progressive Group listed our products.

Jamaicans should support our products because... we support the local economy and local farmers as well as manufacturers.

Our products are successful because... of our valued customers.

If we knew then what we know now... things happen when the time is right.
